Join our dedicated staff of maids and butlers and experience Animazement's own maid cafe! Enjoy a snack and tea, then stay for the games and dancing!

Hours

Seatings are 50 minutes long and begin at the following times:

An Animazement badge is required for entry.

Pricing

Maid & Butler Cafe Pricing - $15 per seat

Tea and cake are included in the price of your ticket.
Service menu items may be offered for a small additional fee.
Drink refills are available for $1 each with a limit of two refills per person.

Midnight Lounge Pricing - $10 per seat

Maid Cafe VIP Pricing - $20 per seat

Each seating of the Maid Cafe will have a limited number of VIP tickets. This price includes:

2 extra service tickets
an included photo pass
included chekki polaroid
included raffle ticket
an AZ pin
a seat at the VIP table for the best view of the performances

Reserve a Seat

Reservations for our 2023 Maid Cafe will open in May. You can reserve a seat in advance or just pay at the door. You'll get the same excellent service either way!

AniManor Cafe, Animazement's Maid Cafe, now offers three enjoyable ways for attendees to come relax during the convention!

The Maid Cafe

Come grab a seat with your friends to enjoy tea time with our lovely Maid staff in a cute, laid back environment! Our Maids will offer you snacks, games and activities, and perform two dances during your session. Photos and extra activities are available. Appropriate for all ages, including children.

The Butler Cafe

Let our trained butlers seat you and a friend for a relaxing, formal tea time! Our Butlers will offer snacks, games and activities, and perform one dance during your session. Photos and extra activities are available. Appropriate for all ages, though it historically caters to a 16+ age group.

The Midnight Lounge

A different experience at the cafe, replicating a nightlife vibe with sensory-friendly low music, low lighting, and more informal sessions. You will enjoy watching our staff performing periodically on stage and playing tabletop games with your maid or butler, while enjoying a casual snack. This is our only 18+ session due to adult humor in some performances and games. An 18+ wristband is required for entry. IDs will not be checked at the door.

Please note that the wristband table may close before your Midnight Lounge session begins, so please be prepared in advance.

Due to COVID-19 , we ask that you please help reduce the spread of the virus during your cafe session by:

Remaining at the table you are seated at during your stay
Being mindful to social distance where possible
Wash or sanitize your hands before and after your stay

Reservations

Reservations are open only to badge-holding Animazement attendees and a badge is required for entry. You may reserve seats in advance through the link at the top of this page OR at the door.

Seating

Keeping Reservations

If you have reserved a seat, please sign in at our cafe registration table , outside of Room 304 before your seating. You may arrive early for your reservation, but you will not be seated until your session begins. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your session has begun, your reservation may be canceled, as we cannot guarantee an enjoyable experience if you arrive late.

If you think you will not make it to your reservation, then you can request a refund or transfer your reservation to another available time slot at the cafe registration table.

Anti-Harassment

Animazement’s Anti-Harrassment Policy applies within all convention spaces, including the Cafe. In addition, we ask you abide by these additional rules while attending a seating in the Cafe.

Do not touch the maids or butlers without permission. Do not ask for personal information from our staff. We reserve the right to remove you from our event without refund at any time during your stay if you make other guests or our staff members feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

Lost Items

Photos and Videos

For the privacy and safety of our staff, do not take pictures or record videos inside the cafe without permission

If you would like to take a picture with a Maid or Butler, you may purchase a Photo Pass for a small fee. This pass allows you to take unlimited pictures and video using your own device.

Our staff have the right to refuse a picture for ANY reason. Our maids and butlers are working and may not have time to pose for a picture. Please be respectful if they ask you to wait until a more appropriate time.
