Ryusei Nakao was born in Tokyo, Japan. He is a Japanese voice actor, actor and singer. He is best known for his roles as Frieza from Dragon Ball, Caesar Clown from One Piece, Mayuri Kurotsuchi from Bleach, Baikinman from Soreike! Anpanman and more. He founded the acting group called, “Dramatic Company” in 1992. Nakao is a radio personality, narrator, and more. He won Best Voice Actor from the 25th Japanese Film Critics Awards in 2016 and the Kei Tomiyama Memorial Award from the 11th Seiyu Award in 2017.
