This year (2026), Hirata Hiroaki will have three scheduled autograph sessions, one on each day of the convention (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).  The time and place of these sessions will be announced as part of our convention schedule, which will go live in early May.  These sessions will be limited to fifty (50) autographs per session. Each autograph session will be ticketed.

How can I get a ticket for one of these sessions?

There are two ways to get a ticket for a session.

1. You may purchase a ticket in advance for a scheduled session. Ticket sales will open for all three sessions one week before the Convention (May 15th). We will announce the exact time soon. Please limit one (1) autograph ticket per person.  Twenty-five (25) tickets per session will be sold in advance. You must be an Animazement 2026 Badge Holder to redeem your pre-purchased ticket at the autograph session. 
2. You may get a ticket at the convention.  Come to Hirata Hiroaki’s panel on the same day of the autograph session you’d like to attend and you will be able to enter a ticket lottery for the autograph session. Winning tickets will be handed out at random, so there is no benefit to being in front of the line.  Everyone who attends the panel will have an equal opportunity to win. Twenty-five (25) winning tickets will be given out at each panel, and they will only be good for the autograph session on the same day. 

If you receive a ticket at the panel, you MUST arrive at the autograph session within the first half hour.  If you do not redeem your ticket at that time, your spot may be given away to attendees without tickets. 

How much will an autograph cost?

1. Pre-sale autograph tickets will cost sixty (60) dollars.  The pre-sale ticket will guarantee you receive an autograph at that session and will allow you to pay in advance.  You MUST present the QR code you receive from your ticket purchase in order to redeem your autograph.  
2. On-site autographs will cost thirty (30) dollars. If you receive a winning ticket at the panel, you will have to pay $30 when you arrive at the autograph session. 

There are NO REFUNDS on autograph ticket purchases. 

Those who pay on-site must pay with a card.  NO CASH will be accepted. 

What will Hirata Hiroaki autograph?

Hirata Hiroaki will only autograph shikishi boards. At the autograph session you will be able to meet him, and he will personalize the autograph for you. Boards will be provided at the session.  You don’t have to bring anything. 

Can I get an autograph without a ticket?

If you do not have a ticket, you may still line up at the time of the autograph session.  If any ticket holders do not arrive to redeem their tickets, we may allow non-ticketed attendees in the line to purchase an autograph.  If you do not have a ticket and are selected, you still must pay $30 to purchase an autograph.
