Wow what a weekend! A lot has happened in the past four days. We’ve reunited with old friends we haven’t seen in years and come together with thousands of others to celebrate our mutual love of anime, manga, and Japanese culture! And as tired as we are, we think we’d all agree that we can’t wait to do it again!

We would like to thank you all for the joy you brought with you this weekend. Even though we missed having some events like our dances and karaoke box, we still found ways to have fun together. We were assailed by wind, rain, and fire (alarms) this weekend, but even through those challenges, we never lost our Animazement spirit!

We welcomed 10,812 of you to Raleigh this year, and despite all of the challenges that stood in our way, we all came together with new friends and old to make this weekend one we won’t soon forget. Everybody get some rest and then start planning for next year. It’ll be here before we know it!
