While we are still accepting volunteers of all kinds, our AV department is looking for a proud few (10 to 15 people) to help us out in 2018! If you have ANY previous AV experience (from high school, college, or professionally) and would like to volunteer your time, please submit an application!

Must be familiar with:
Basic Stage Set-up
Microphone Set-Up
Wireless Microphone Operation
Using a Mixing Board
Mac & PC
Set-Up and Breakdown OF LCD Projectors
Operation of Syntic Tablets (Optional)
Operation of Adobe Animation & Drawing Software (Optional)

If your application is accepted, you will have to attend a mandatory meeting in mid-May (most likely May 19th). You will be given a schedule, and be required to work 8 hours over the weekend (time slots negotiable).

You WILL NOT be allowed to cosplay while on duty.
You must be at least 17 years of age.

If you are in high school, we will only accept applications from students earning volunteer hours for graduation for this particular position.
